Journey Through the Chakras, Level One: Foundations of the Chakras is a beginner's eight-week journey through the landscape of the chakras. Sourced from yoga, the chakras are energetic centers of transformation and assimilation associated with the physical body. In this course, exercises, meditations and practices are provided each week to introduce one to a specific chakra and to enhance one's awareness of the different attributes of that chakra. This is the first step for those who not only want to use the chakras in practice, but who wish to undo habits and patterns in the chakras. Pre-registration one day before is required for attendance. Journey Through the Chakras, Level One is a prerequisite for the Journey Through the Chakras, Level Two class. There is one textbook for the class for which information will be given upon registration. Please note that this class is only offered once a year.  This event takes place at Kashi Atlanta - Urban Yoga Ashram.

Journey through the Chakras - Level Two - Moving towards Liberation - is a Chakra adept's eight-week journey through the landscape of the Chakras and is the next step in Chakra training.  In this course, exercises, meditations, and practices are provided each week to deepen one's relationship to a each Chakra both physically and psychologically.  The focus for level two is to also learn deficiency and excess in the Chakras as well as balance.  Students attend a share group and lecture once a week and are given readings and homework each week.  In particular, the focus is on learning how to clearing the chakras and creating the self-awareness of balance.   Early registration earns a $30 discount, but a per class payment option ($37 per class) can be chosen at any time.  Pre-registration 1 day before is required for attendance.   Students must have taken Journey through the Chakras - Level One.  This course is a prerequisite for the Journey through the Chakras - Level Three class later this year.   Please note that this class is only offered once a year.   This event takes place at Kashi Atlanta - Urban Yoga Ashram.

   Journey through the Chakras - Level Three - Vision to Manifestation is a Chakra master's eight-week journey through the deepest aspects of the Chakras and is the final step in Chakra training.  In this course, exercises, meditations, and practices are provided each week to dive deeper into the chakras and learn how to follow the chakra current of manifestation.  This class not on teaches the deeper aspects of chakra psychology and remediation, but also walks the particpants step-by-step on how to manifest the vision of your heart.    Students attend a share, lecture, and conversation once a week for eight weeks.  Early registration earns a $20 discount, but there is also a $40 per class payment option.  Pre-registration at least 1 day before start date is required.   Student must have taken Journey through the Chakras - Level Two to attend.   Please note that this class is only offered once a year.   This event takes place at Kashi Atlanta - Urban Yoga Ashram.
