Our business is predicated on mutual respect and courtesy not only for the individual, but for the individual's healing journey.  As such we have a policy that reflects that intention. 

Any session cancelled outside of 24 hours before the session start time will be cancelled at no charge to the client.

Any session cancelled within 24 hours of the session start time will follow a two-step policy in terms of payment. 

• The first time a session is cancelled within 24 hours or less from the start time, the client will not be charged.
• The second time a session is cancelled within a 24 hour period or less from the start time, the client will pay in full or %100 of the session cost.  
  

Additionally if you are doing a program and  you forfeit your session time due to an uncommunicative cancellation or no-show, then you will forfeit your session for that particular week.  i.e. if you are doing a 12-week series and on the 10th week you have a massage scheduled and you don't show, that particular massage is forfeit and you move on to the next session in your series.
